6.4.A. - Page 28 ATTACHMENT 1 EXHIBIT F Revisions to Article 29: CO (Commercial Office) District The existing Article 29 would be repealed in its entirety and replaced by the following: ARTICLE 29 - CO (COMMERCIAL OFFICE) DISTRICT Sections: 29.1 - Purpose. 29.2 — Use Re�ulations. 29.3 - Development Standards. 29.4 - Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. 29.5 - Parkin� Location and Desi�n Re�ulations. 29.6 - Fa�ade Composition and Architectural Re�ulations. 29.1- Purpose. The purpose the Commercial Office Zonin� District is to provide for areas appropriate for lar�e- scale office developments, in a more pedestrian-oriented urban form, and to reco�nize existin� office centers on arterials and visible from U.S. Route 101. Limited accessorv financial, retail, and service uses are permitted. This district is consistent with the General Plan's Commercial - Office Professional/Technolo�v desi�nation. 29.2— Use Re�ulations. 1. Allowed Uses. Table 29-1 indicates the uses permitted (P), conditionallv permitted with a Use Permit (C), permitted as an accessorv use (A), and not permitted (-) in the Commercial Office Zonin� District. Anv use not specificallv indicated in Table 29-1 (Allowed Uses for Commercial Office Zonin� District) as a permitted use, accessorv use, or conditional use shall be prohibited unless thev are deemed bv the Plannin� Mana�er to be similar and compatible uses which meet the purpose and intent of the Commercial Office Zonin� District. All uses, unless stated otherwise, shall be conducted entirelv within a buildin�. 2. Applicable Re�ulations. Where the last column in the table ("Specific Use Re�ulations") includes a Section number, the re�ulations in the referenced section applv to the use; however, provisions in other Sections of this Zonin� Ordinance may also apply.
