Architectural Features Proiections into Setbacks. Inte�ral proiect component. Landscapin� shall be planned as an inte�ral part of the <br /> overall proiect desi�n and not simplv be located in excess space after parkin� areas <br /> and structures have been planned. <br /> c. Pedestrian environment. Landscapin� shall be provided to enhance the pedestrian <br /> environment. Pedestrian access to sidewalks and buildin�s shall be considered in the <br /> desi�n of all landscaped areas. <br /> d. Landscape desi�n.
