Parkin� Structure Inte�ration. Anv parkin� structure with at least one floor of parkin� at <br /> �rade or above and visible from the street public ri�ht-of-wav shall incorporate wrapped <br /> live/work uses or businesses with windows viewable from the sidewalk alon� the <br /> �round floor, or two or more of the followin� features: (1) displav or shoppin� windows; <br /> (2) landscape material (e.�., foundation plantin�s, vertical trellis with vines, planter <br /> boxes with cascadin� landscape material) that results in the parkin� structure bein� <br /> adequately screened from adjoinin� parcels; (3) architectural detailin� and articulation <br /> that provides texture on the fa�ade or structure openin�s and effectively inte�rates the <br /> parkin� structure into the basic buildin� desi�n; and/or (4) artwork such as sculptures, <br /> murals, and mosaics. <br /> 3. Landscaped Setback of Parkin�.
