The property will sell for $750,000 and a professional appraisal and property <br /> inspection report have been completed. <br /> Kainos plans to purchase this home to provide long term safe, affordable and <br /> accessible housing for adults with developmental disabilities. The home would be <br /> operated as a supportive living home with each resident receiving the support services <br /> necessary to live an active and independent life. Kainos staff will assist residents with <br /> managing medical appointments, shopping, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and planning <br /> social and recreational activities. The house is close to other Kainos residential homes <br /> for access to support services and is close to transit and walking distance to local <br /> commerce.
