6.3.A. - Page 4 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement with Kainos Home & Training <br /> Center for Funds to acquire 1033 Redwood Avenue" (the "Agreement") by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City, and Kainos Home & Training Center, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Agreement in a form approved by the <br /> City Attorney and in substantial compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the <br /> Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3.
