04/08/2013 <br /> Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($450,000.00) in HOME funds for Kainos <br /> acquisition of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement with Kainos Home & Training <br /> Center for Funds to acquire 1033 Redwood Avenue" (the "Agreement") by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City, and Kainos Home & Training Center, attached hereto as <br /> Attachment A, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Agreement in a form approved by the <br /> City Attorney and in substantial compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in <br /> the Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3.
