04/08/2013 <br /> EXHIBIT C <br /> Revisions to Article 16: CP (Commercial Park) District <br /> The existing Article 16 would be repealed in its entirety and replaced by the <br /> following: <br /> ARTICLE 16- CP (COMMERCIAL PARK) DISTRICT <br /> Sections: <br /> 16.1—Purpose. <br /> 16.2—Use Re�ulations. <br /> 16.3 - Development Standards. <br /> 16.4- Outdoor Equipment and Facilities. <br /> 16.5 - Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. <br /> 16.1 - Purpose. <br /> The purpose of the Commercial Park Zonin� District is to provide areas appropriate for lar�e- <br /> scale corporate offices, research and technolo�v offices, and administrative and professional <br /> offices in a campus-like environment, to promote the development of emplovment and <br /> administrative activities, and serve local and re�ional markets. Limited accessory financial, <br /> retail, service, and lod�ing uses are permitted. Development in the shoreline locations of the <br /> Commercial Park Zonin� District should react to the Bav location and the provision of trails and <br /> pedestrian access to the shoreline is stron�lv encoura�ed. <br /> 16.2— Use Re�ulations. <br /> 1. Allowed Land Uses. Table 16-1 indicates the uses permitted (P), conditionallv permitted <br /> with a Use Permit (C), permitted as an accessorv use (A), and not permitted (-) in the <br /> Commercial Park Zonin� District. Any use not specifically indicated in Table 16-1 <br /> (Allowed Uses for Commercial Park Zonin� District) as a permitted use, accessory use, or <br /> conditional use shall be prohibited unless thev are deemed bv the Plannin� Manager to <br /> be similar and compatible uses which meet the purpose and intent of the Commercial <br /> Park Zonin� District. A�I uses, unless stated otherwise, shall be conducted entirely <br /> within a buildin�. <br /> 2. Applicable Re�ulations.
