Article 31 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (e�a�le), as provided in Exhibit H. <br /> Section 10. Article 53 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (exam le) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (e�a�ple), as provided in Exhibit I. <br /> Section 11. Article 54 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is added with the <br /> text shown in underline (exam le), as provided in Exhibit J. <br /> Section 12. Article 55 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is added with the <br /> text shown in underline (example), as provided in Exhibit K. <br /> Section 13. The Zoning Map of the City of Redwood City established by Article <br /> 60 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended as provided in Exhibit L. <br /> Section 14. This Ordinance has been reviewed with respect to applicability of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines <br /> (California Code of Regulations, Tit�e 14, Sections 15000 et seq.). The City Council has <br /> considered an addendum ("Addendum") to the General Plan Final Environmental <br /> Impact Report adopted by Resolution No. 15059 on October 11, 2010, which <br /> Addendum found that there are no new significant impacts nor any increase in the <br /> severity of previously identified impacts, and that no change in circumstance has <br /> occurred with respect to the EIR and the proposed Comprehensive 2013 Zoning <br /> Ordinance Amendment or the environment affected by the project that would alter prior <br /> environmental findings, conclusions, or mitigation measures. The City Council finds <br /> that: <br /> a. The Addendum was prepared in accordance with all legal requirements, <br /> including CEQA Guidelines section 15164. <br /> b.
