Residential Uses. <br /> 1. Dwellings, single-family containing four (4) bedrooms or less: two (2) covered spaces; <br /> not located within any required front or side yard. <br /> 2. Dwellings, single-family, containing more than four (4) bedrooms: two (2) covered <br /> spaces, plus five-tenths (0.5) covered space for every bedroom beyond (fractional <br /> spaces shall be rounded up to a full space). <br /> 3. Accessory units: one (1) uncovered space; not located within any required front or side <br /> yard. <br /> 4. Dwellings, duplex: two (2) spaces per unit not located within any required front or side <br /> yard. <br /> 5.
