A deed restriction shall be recorded a ainst the ra ert to ensure the lon term <br /> use of the ortion of the develo ment for child care. <br /> b. Conference facilities and meetin rooms that are incidental to a rimar use and are <br /> a en to the ublic for rental or com lementar use shall be exem t from the <br /> computation of FAR_. <br /> c.
