17A.4-Minirnum Per►rious Area and Stormwater Regulations. Windows and o enin s facin streets shall constitute a minimum of the followin ercenta e of 5treet-facin buildin faces: 1. �40 ercent at commercial round floor uses 2. 30 percent at commercial uaper floor uses, 3. 20 qercent at industrial �round floor uses, and 4. 10 percent at industrial uqqer fRoor u5es.
