EXHIBIT G <br /> Re�isions to Article 30: OfF-Street Parking and <br /> Loading <br /> 30.4 Required Number of Parking Spaces–Mixed-Use Zoning�istricts. <br /> A. Applicability. The required number of parking spaces set farth in Section 30.5 (Required <br /> I�umber of Parking Spaces—Outside of the Downtown Parkir�g Zone and Mixed-Use Zoning <br /> Districts) shall apply to all de�elopment within mixed-use districts autside of the Downtown <br /> Parking Zone unless otherwise contradicted by this 5ection 30.4 (Required Number of <br /> Parking Spaces—Mixed-Use Zoning Districts). Whene�er the requirements, standards, <br /> regulations, ar other pro�isions of this Section conflict with the req�irements, standards, <br /> regulations or other provisions set forth in Section 30.5, the requirements, standards, <br /> regulations, or other pro�isians in this Subsection, 3Q.4 shall ga�ern. <br /> B. Residential Parking Spaces Required. For any multiple dwelling development located in a <br /> mixed-use district, the required numf�er of parking spaces is as follows: <br /> 1. Unit size. Two [2] spaces per unit for two-bedroom or larger units, one and one-half <br /> (1.5J spaces per unit for studio or one (1) bedroom units, plus one (1J space for <br /> every four (4) units for guest or�isitor parking. <br /> 2. Guest/Visitor Spaces Reduced. The responsibEe re►riew authority may reduce or <br /> eliminate the required number of guest or visitar spaces for a multiple dwelling <br /> de�elopment if one (1) of the following conditions applies: <br /> a. Adeq�ate street parking is a�ailable, and/or <br /> b. Only one (1) parking space is reser�ed per unit for residents, and/or <br /> c. The site is in close praximity to retail shopping facilities and ser�ices. <br /> C. Li�e Work Parkin S aces Re uired. For an de�elo ment located in a Mixed-Use district <br /> parkin�spaces for li�e/work units shalf be required as follows_ <br /> 1. Resident Parkin�. �ne (1) space per live[work unit. <br /> 2. Client Parkin . One 1 s ace er 1000 s uare feet of non-residential floor area. <br /> D. Designated Parking for Low-Emitting and Carpool Vehicles. Designated parking shall be <br /> pro�ided for any combination of low-emitting, fuel-efficient, ekectric and carpool/vanpool <br /> �ehicles, as indicated in the table belaw. The following characters shalk be painted on the <br /> parking surface, ar equivalent signage shall be provided at each such space: CLEAN AIR <br /> VEHICLE.
