Residential and n�n-residential uses that are �erticall inte rated into one buildin or harizontall inte rated on t#�e same site shall com I with the develo ment star�dards listed in Tables 54-2 and 54-3 as the pertain to Mixed-Use, in addition to the standards_of this Section 54.2.B.3. a.
