Limitations on Use. The residential ortion of the li�e work unit shall be na <br /> less than 25 ercent of the tatal unit area in arder to ensure that the residential <br /> artion remains accessor to the rimar commercial use and com I with <br /> California $uildin Code re uirements. All floor area other than that reserved for <br /> li�in s ace shall �e reser�ed and re ularl used for workin s ace. <br /> ii. Se aration and access of individual units. Each lir►e work unit shall be se arated <br /> from other units and other uses in the buildin .
