<br /> 3. Common O en S ace O en to the Sk . Not less than 80 ercent of the total re uired
<br /> usable common o en s ace sha�l be unobstructed to the sk . Of the allowable 20
<br /> ercent that ma be obstructed to the sk obstructians ma include such structures as
<br /> re uired to accommodate chan in rooms bathroams and other uses ancillar to the
<br /> cammon open space.
