I <br /> <br /> 5.\ B-} <br />'- <br /> March 8, 2004 <br /> Subject <br /> Final Acceptance - Redwood City Police Department Lobby Remodel Project <br /> Recommendation <br /> Accept the improvements for the Redwood City Police Department Lobby Remodel <br /> Project, and authorize the release of retention and bonds to Coast Side Associates of <br /> Half Moon Bay, California. <br /> Background <br /> On August 25, 2003 City Council awarded the contract in the amount of $58,100.00 to <br /> Coast Side Associates of Haff Moon Bay, California for the Redwood City Police <br /> Department Lobby Remodel Project. <br /> The Redwood City Police Department's front counter desk was initially designed and <br /> constructed for a single receptionist. In order to provide a higher level of customer <br />- service, the lobby area was renovated.
