ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subiect YOU wish to address is not on the aaenda. <br />please understand that the Bro"..n Act (Open Meetina Law) precludes the Council from <br />takina any action at this time. All Items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be <br />routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar (except the <br />title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, and approve other items <br />by one motion and one vote.
