Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is replacement of approximately 4,743 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer main with new 6-inch and 8-inch polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, 46 sanitary sewer manholes and 116 sanitary sewer laterals.
