The preparation of a supplemental EIR is triggered if any new significant environmental effect of a substantial increase in an environmental effect is found. � All new activities associated with the praject are covered in the amendment to Addendum #2, not only those impacts to water q�ality • Staff would like to see an assessment af any potential impacts to Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the use of the hoorr�truck and barge in this project. If assessments from the ZQ03 EIR or Addendum#2 cover this impact, please pravide Commissian staff with where the assessments are located • Staff would like to see any patentia� impacts to Biological Resources frorn the introduction of Aquatic Ir�vasi�e Species {AIS}. San Francisco Bay is aiready under stress frorr�AIS and the CEQA review of this project should assess whether the use of the bargQ and other in-water construction equipment will introduce and spread AlS in the Project Area. Additionalfy, if Redwood City has received additional informatian on the project d�scription from the applicant, please provide staff with a completed project descriptian, including, but not limited to: • How many pil�s and boat slips will be removed � Proposed Work windows • Where the old piles, docks,and boat slips are being dispased
