It will also be sen as is, wih attachments,
ta the State Lands Commission staff and commissianers .
As background, Save Pete ' s Harbor was founded as an unincorporated
association representing al current and farmer tenants who desired o
keep a public and commercial harbor at One Uccelli Boulevard. Although
originally on first shock the drive appeared to appose a development, that
is not the inent or desire of this group, nor nearly 100% of he peope I
have spoken to. By the ime the tenant began advocacy to th SLC in
December, the belief is that any development should account for proper
public trust use and be good for the enire commnity.
The following individua.ls working to Save Pete ' s Harbor also desire ta
advocate against privatiza.tion of public trust land Baywide, in a drive
called SF Bay Marinas far Al . They intend o continue advacacy to a11
interested paries, as well as he State Lands Commission to maintain
liveaboads in a public, commercial marina at Pete ' s Harbor on the
smaller, consent lease at the harbor.
Those individuals are :
Itzik Lerner
'al Raveh
Buckley Stone
Wendy Stone
Alison Madden
Murray Weber
Eric Pease
Jarrod Vawdrey
Paul Supplee
Thomas Dworschak
JD Haover
Jim Sanderson
