It rrfay be noted that the BCbC parking requirement was increased from 2 spaces on the Planning Commission submittal package ta 7 spaces. �he eurrent site plan has been rev�sed so that it maintains the pre��ously approved resident and guest parking counts through a combinatian af pro�iding additional garages on the 10 Plex buildings and reconfiguration of surface parking stalls. These changes are shown on revised sheets L-1,A-6 and A-7. 2} On February 19, 2013 RWC made an application to the 5tate Lands Commission for a Consent to Assignment ancf Lease Arrtendment for 5tate Lease PRC 6857, (Small State Lease), to alfow the incorporation of the BCDC requested hand-launch boat dock. RWC has added the new sheet L-18 (which was pro�ided to the State Lands CommissionJ to the Planned Development Perrnit package for clarification. 3) In a February 19, 2D13 le�ter RWC has notified the 5tate Lands Camrrtission that they will no� be requesting any amendments to State Lease PRC 6856, (�arge State LeaseJ. Uport assignment of State Lease PRC 6856, RWC wilf complete necessary repairs, maintenance/modification to the boat berthing facilities, and thereafter cantinue to operate the marina on this lease as a commercial marina and for anciilary purposes. RWC wilf lease berthing facilities in the Large State Lease area to the general public.The PRC 6856 lease states: "Improvements on the leased premises shall not be used as a residence or for the purpose of rnooring a float�ing residence."Leasing of berthing facilities to li�e-aboard boats will not be permitted. The parking for the leasing of�oat slips to the general public on the Large State Lease area will be pro�ided by increasing the size af the parking structure from 6% levels to 7 levels, which adds 46 parking space5 for the boat slip users.These changes have been incorpo rated on the reuised sheets L-1, A-4 and A-5.
