We retain the right to cease <br /> performing legal services and to terminate our representation of you for any reason <br /> consistent with ethical rules, including conflicts of interest or delinquency or <br /> nonpayment oflegal fees and expenses. <br /> You shall have the right at any time to terminate our services upon written notice to us; <br /> however, such termination shall not relieve you of the obligation to pay the fees due <br /> for services rendered and disbursements incurred prior to such termination, plus the <br /> service charges described above. Immediately upon receipt of such notice, we will <br /> cease to render additional services to you, and shall cooperate with you in facilitating <br /> the orderly transfer of your files and records to you or to your new attorneys. <br /> Please sign and date both of the enclosed originals of this letter and return one of the <br /> originals to me to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the terms of your <br /> representation as reflected in this letter and the enclosed statement of billing practices <br /> and procedures.
