Emer�encv Personnel: <br /> The Fire Department will have personnel on scene for the fireworlfs. The City's Fire <br /> Marshal will have authority for safety of the launch area(Wharf 4)and will be working <br /> closely with the pyrotechnie company and personttel on meeting all safety standards. <br /> Equipment vvill also be staged in the area. Only emergency persoBnel and other <br /> designated City personnel will be allowed in once the road closures have taken place. <br /> R�FD will also have a boat on the water to handle fire and medical emergency. <br /> s�a��yvt� <br />
