6.1.G. - Page 5 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> AMENDMENT#2 <br /> SECTION 1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Project seeks to improve security and enhance operational requirements on the <br /> first and second floors at Redwood City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> California (the "Project Site") by re-designing the City of Redwood City's City Manager, <br /> City Attorney and Community Development Director Office areas to incorporate <br /> changes in security and operational requirements. This project consists of selective <br /> demolition of existing offices located in the City Manager's area and constructing new <br /> offices for City Manager's support staff, City Attorneys, and Community Development <br /> Director. <br /> Pursuant to the Original Agreement, CONSULTANT provided three (3) space planning, <br /> two (2) Programming Phase cost estimates for the two main design schemes. Based on <br /> the CITY approved conceptual design schemes dated September 26, 2012, pursuant to <br /> Amendment No 1, CONSULTANT provided architectural services for Design <br /> Development through Drawings and Specifications dated April 2, 2013 (Construction <br /> Documents) and provided Bid Support services up thru Bid Award on May 20, 2013. <br /> Pursuant to this Amendment No. 2, CONSULTANT shall provide to CITY additional <br /> architectural design services and Construction Administration Services as the Architect <br /> of Record upon Bid Award, as more specifically set out below. <br /> SECTION 2. GENERAL <br /> A. CONSULTANT's compensation for all Basic Services, and through all Section 3 <br /> services, shall include CONSULTANT's revisions to the Construction Documents <br /> as needed to correct errors and omissions. <br /> SECTION 3. SERVICES <br /> Task 1. Contract Administration Services. <br /> General Administration. The CONSULTANT's responsibility to provide the Contract <br /> Administration Services under this AGREEMENT shall commence with the CITY's <br /> award of the Contract for Construction and shall terminate upon the CITY's <br /> determination of final completion of the Project.
