Delivery time, location, quantity and type of PCA <br /> requested barricades for the July 4t" events shall be listed in an <br /> appendix to be provided. <br /> (c) Install American flags along the parade route immediately prior to the <br /> parade. On July 4th, the flags are to be removed immediately following <br /> the parade to reduce the possibility of theft. <br /> (d) Access to electrical outlets in and around Courthouse Square for public <br /> announcement and entertainer use. Access to outlets on <br /> Broadway/Theatre Way in support of Festival operations. The locations <br /> are to be determined. <br /> (e) Procure the use of barricades through San Mateo County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. The PCA will provide a list of times, locations, <br /> and quantity of barriers needed for the Festival area. <br /> (f) Provide the use of a fire hydrant for antique fire demonstration in the <br /> Festival area following the Parade on July 4 from approximately 12:00 <br /> noon until 5:00 pm. <br /> Police Department: <br /> (a) Crowd and traffic control measures throughout the events. <br /> Community Development: <br /> (a) Access and use of Courthouse Square. <br /> (b) Use of the Marshall Street parking garage for handicap and vendor <br /> parking from 6:00 am on Wednesday, July 4, 2013 until 9:00 pm on <br /> Thursday, July 4, 2013. <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
