The PCA will work <br /> with the Police Department and Public Works to provide a list of times,locations, and <br /> quantity of barricades needed for the Festival area. <br /> Request through the County OES the use of the steel pedestrian barriers for traffic <br /> control and participant safety. The mutual coordination of this annual event benefits the <br /> entire Redwood City Community.
