The following table sets forth the current Enterprise <br /> schedule of connection and facilities fees for the Enterprise,which was approved in 1994. <br /> The property owner is responsible for the cost of connection to the City's water main. <br /> Every application requesting such a connection by the City is required to be accompanied by a <br /> water connection fee. A facilities fee is established to provide for the use and construction of <br /> existing and future water system capital facilities in accordance with a capital improvement <br /> program approved by the City Council. Such fee is collected concurrently with the connection <br /> fees. The facilities fee is charged per dwelling unit equivalent (DUE). <br /> -27- <br />
