ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />(Krupka Consulting) <br />F�is Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br />017, extending and amending the agreement dated May 22, 2013 (the <br />"Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Krupka Consulting, ("Consultant') <br />(collectively, the "Parties") for project management services for the Highway 101/84 <br />Reconfiguration Project. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On May 22, 2013, the Parties executed an Agreement for project <br />management services for the Highway 101/84 Interchange Reconstruction Project; and <br />B. On October 14, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to extend <br />and amend the Agreement; and <br />C. On August 4, 2015, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to extend and <br />amend the Agreement; and <br />D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br />been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br />Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed Five <br />Hundred Seven Thousand Dollars ($507,000). <br />2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not -to -exceed Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50,000), for an aggregate amount of $507,000. Consultant will provide City, on <br />a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br />hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br />3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by August 27, <br />2017. <br />4.
