REV: 08-05-21 SK AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (Krupka Consulting) This Amendment No. 6 (the “Amendment No. 6”) is entered into and effective as of _____________, 2021, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and Krupka Consulting, a California sole proprietorship (“Consultant”) (collectively, the “Parties”). RECITALS A. The Parties previously executed that certain Agreement for Professional Services, dated as of May 22, 2013, (the “Original Agreement”). B. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Original Agreement (“Amendment No. 1”), dated as of October 14, 2013, Amendment No. 2 to the Original Agreement (“Amendment No. 2”), dated as of August 4, 2015, Amendment No. 3 to the Original Agreement (“Amendment No. 3”), dated as of March 3, 2017, Amendment No. 4 to the Original Agreement (“Amendment No. 4”), dated as of July 28, 2017, and Amendment No. 5 to the Original Agreement (“Amendment No. 5”), dated as of October 31, 2019. The Original Agreement and Amendments No. 1 through Amendment No. 5 are collectively known as the “Agreement.” C. Work continues on the US 101/84 Interchange Project, for which the Consultant is serving as project manager, and includes design support, right-of-way support (mapping, appraisals, acquisition planning) and procuring construction funding. The City desires the Consultant to continue serving as the project manager. D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment No. 6, including any terms and conditions of the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Consultant will provide the additional services set forth in Exhibit “A”, and such services will be considered part of the Services for purposes of the Agreement. 2. City will pay Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Seventy- One Thousand Dollars ($171,000) for the completion of all the services described in Exhibit A, which sum will include all costs or expenses incurred by Consultant. Including all amendments through Amendment No. 6, the total amount payable under the Agreement will be a not-to-exceed amount of One Million Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Dollars ($1,221,000).
