Report of Phase I Environnzental Site Assessnzent June 18, 2008 <br /> PSI Project Nun2ber 865-8E039 <br /> 4 USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> PSI provided the client with a standard ASTM User Questionnaire. The questionnaire is <br /> appended. Information obtained from this questionnaire is incorporated into appropriate <br /> sections of this report. <br /> 4.1 USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 4.1.1 LIENS <br /> The client did not provide PSI with documentation about environmental liens recorded <br /> against the Subject Property. PSI did not obtain a formal environmental lien search, at <br /> the request of the client. However the client completed the user questionnaire and <br /> indicated they had no knowledge of environmental liens filed against the property. <br /> 4.1.2 ACTIVITY AND LAND USE LIMITATIONS (AULS) <br /> The client did not provide PSI with documentation about AULs recorded against the <br /> Subject Property. PSI did not obtain a formal search for AULs recorded against the <br /> Subject Property at the request of the client. Please see Section 3.4 of this report for a <br /> discussion of data gaps. However, the client completed the user questionnaire and <br /> indicated they had no knowledge of AULs filed against the property. <br /> 4.2 HELPFUL DOCUMENTS <br /> The client did not provide PSI with prior reports of prior assessments of the site. <br /> 4.3 PROCEEDINGS <br /> The client did not provide PSI with documentation about legal proceedings or litigation <br /> involving the Subject Property. <br /> 4.4 SUGGESTED INFORMATION <br /> PSI requested certain information about the property to assist with our assessment. <br /> Most of this information, such as the nature of the property and its legal description, are <br /> presented in the corresponding section of this report. <br /> 4.5 FINDINGS <br /> PSI identified no evidence of environmental concerns in the user-provided information. <br /> 12 <br />
