Report of Phase I Environnzental Site Assessnzent June 18, 2008 <br /> PSI Project Nun2ber 865-8E039 <br /> HYDROGEOLOGY <br /> PSI obtained a Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report for the Shell Service Station at <br /> 3201 EI Camino Real, Menlo Park, California, located approximately one-quarter mile <br /> southeast of the Subject Property, dated August 2, 2006. Groundwater was <br /> approximately 20 feet below ground surface with a flow direction to the northwest. <br /> 5.3 CURRENT USES <br /> The Subject Property consists of three parcels totaling approximately 45,064 square <br /> feet of land. The Subject Property is currently developed with two buildings. One is <br /> located at 2808 EI Camino Real with the building being approximately 2,000 square feet <br /> and occupied by Jackson Square Fine Jewelers as a retail outlet and offices. The <br /> second building is located at 2826 EI Camino Real. It is approximately 3,500 square <br /> feet and is currently used for miscellaneous storage. This building was used as a <br /> restaurant from at least the early 1930s until 2000. The two buildings share a parking <br /> lot and limited landscaping. The southern portion of the Subject Property is <br /> undeveloped other then two small sheds and is separated from the two buildings by a <br /> chain-link fence. <br /> INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> A summary of uses and conditions is tabulated below.
