Summary Year(s) Interpreted Property Use 1899 Historical Topographic Map: The Subject Property appears to be undeveloped. 1930, 1939, 1943, 1946, Historical Topographic Map, City Directory, & Aerial Photograph: 1950 The Subject Property appears to be the current restaurant on the northern portion and undeveloped land on the southern portion. The building containing Jackson Square Fine Jewelers does not appear to have been constructed. The property at 2808 is not listed in the City Directories for the following years: 1930, 1939, 1946, and 1950. The property at 2826 is listed in the City Directories as being occupied by the following tenants: 1930 - no listing; 1939, 1946, and 1950- Peter Bozzi Restaurant. 1955, 1956, 1961, 1962, Historical Topographic Map, City Directories, & Aerial Photograph: 1964, 1965, 1968, 1973, The Subject Property appears to be developed into its current 1974, 1976, 1981, 1982, configuration with the current two buildings in the northern portion 1986, 1991, 1993, 1996, of the Subject Property and undeveloped land on the southern 1997, 1998, 2001, 2006 portion. One is located at 2808 EI Camino Real and is occupied by Jackson Square Fine Jewelers as a retail outlet and offices. The second building is located at 2826 EI Camino Real and is currently vacant and used for miscellaneous storage. The southern portion of the Sub�ect Propert is undeveloped. PSI's review of historical information sources revealed no evidence of environmental concerns associated with past use. 16
