Report of Phase I Environnzental Site Assessnzent June 18, 2008 <br /> PSI Project Nun2ber 865-8E039 <br /> Adjoining Northeast <br /> Year(s) Interpreted Property Use <br /> 1943, 1956, 1961, 1962, The adjacent property to the east appears to be EI Camino <br /> Real followed by three small buildings that are listed in the <br /> Sanborn Maps as stores and stora e. <br /> 1965, 1974, 1993, 1998 The adjacent property to the east appears to be EI Camino <br /> Real followed by the property in its current configuration. The <br /> Property appears to have been an Acc U Tune from at least <br /> the mid 1970s to the mid 1980s, when it became Reliable <br /> Auto Re air. It became Qualit Auto Care in the earl 2000s. <br /> Site Reconnaissance <br /> 2011 The adjacent property to the east is EI Camino Real followed <br /> b Qualit Care Auto Service. <br /> Adjoining Southwest <br /> Year(s) Interpreted Property Use <br /> 1898, 1943 The adjacent property to the west appears to be undeveloped. <br /> 1956, 1965, 1974, 1993, 1998 The adjacent property to the west appears to be a single <br /> famil residence. <br /> Site Reconnaissance <br /> 2011 The adjacent property to the west is an apartment building. <br /> The historical information developed and reviewed for adjoining properties did not reveal <br /> evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property. <br /> The former service station to the northwest and the auto service facility to the northeast <br /> are assumed to store and use petroleum hydrocarbons. Further discussion of these two <br /> facilities can be found in 7.1 of this report. <br /> 6.2 EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> Off-site visual reconnaissance of adjacent properties was conducted on June 30, 2011 <br /> by Ms. Frank Poss of PSI. Off-site visual reconnaissance addressed the same issues <br /> considered for the Subject Property. The issues addressed are summarized in the table <br /> below. Further description of off-site activities and conditions are located below the <br /> table. <br /> 18 <br />
