SECTION 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE <br /> This Initial Study (IS) of environmental impacts has been prepared to conform to the requirements of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),the CEQA Guidelines (Title 14, California Code <br /> of Regulations 15000 et. seq.), and the regulations and policies of the City of Redwood City who is <br /> the Lead Agency under CEQA. The purpose of this IS is to provide objective information regarding <br /> the environmental consequences of the proposed project to the decision-makers who will be <br /> reviewing and considering the project. <br /> This IS evaluates the potential environmental impacts which might reasonably be anticipated to result <br /> from implementation of the proposed project located at 2808/2826 El Camino Real. <br /> All documents referenced in this IS are available for public review at Redwood City Hall, 1017 <br /> Middlefield Road, during normal business hours. <br /> Kensington Assisted Living Facility Project 1 Initial Study <br /> Redwood City Apri12013 <br />
