WHEREAS, an April 16, 2013, pursuant to Section 2.1.4(D) on page 45 of <br /> tt�e DTPP, the Planning Commission considered and accepted the His#oric <br /> Resources �mpacf Repart and recommendation of the HRAC regarding the <br /> Project's patential impacts on the histarica� resources; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 16, 20'�3, the Commission canducted a public <br /> hearing, in accordance with all appEicable requirements of the Subdi�ision Map <br /> Act ancf the Redwood City Municipal Cade, to cansider a Tentati�e Parcel Map <br /> and Condaminiurn Permit Application No. TM2013-01 , and alf applicable <br /> requirements of the State Planning and Zoning Law and the Downtown Precise <br /> Pian to consider approval af Planned Develapment Permit Application No <br /> PDP2013-02 and Planned Community Permit Applicatia� No. DPC2012-13; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that t#�e p�aposed Tentati�e <br /> Map, Condominium Permit, Planned Deve(opment Permi#, and Planned <br /> Community Permit would fur�her the purposes of and appropriate�y implement <br /> the City of Redwood CEfy General Plan, applicable pro�isions of the Redwoad <br /> City Municipal Cade, ZaniRg 4rdinance, Downtown Precise Plan, and the <br /> Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING <br /> COMMfSSION OF THE CITY OF REDWQQD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recEtals are <br /> acc�arate and cons#itute findings in this mat�er and, taget�er with tf�e Staff Report <br /> and the application materials, ind�ading withaut limitation the Initial Study <br /> Checklist (IS), development plan, and all other documents, repor#s, s#udies, <br /> memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, an� materials in the City's file for <br /> the applications and the Pro�ect, and afl adopted City pEanning doc�ments <br /> relating to the Project and the praperty including the City's Generaf Plan, <br /> Munic�paE Code, Zoning 4rdinance, Downtown Precis� Plan, and ot�er <br /> applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated approved and certified <br /> environmental documents, ha�e together served as an adequate and appropriate <br /> evidentiary basis for fhe findi�gs and actions set fo�tf� in this Reso[ution. <br /> Sectian 2. Initial Study Checklis# ([S): The Planning Commission fiinds <br /> that: <br /> a. The fS was prepared in accordance with alE Eegal <br /> rec�uirements. <br /> b. The P�anning Commission has reviewed and analyzed t�e IS <br /> and other infarmation in the er�tire record and has <br /> considered the information contained therein, including the <br /> written and oral corr�ments recei�ed at the public hearing or� <br /> the Project, priar to acting upon or approving the Project. <br /> c.
