Section 38.5 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 38.5. WATER SERVICE CHARGE: <br /> In addition to all other charges and fees applicable to users of water from the <br /> water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the <br /> Water Rules and Regulations of the of Public Works Division of the Community <br /> Development Department, as amended, and this chapter, residential and non- <br /> residential monthly water service charges shall be paid for each water service within the <br /> water service areas and at the rate and upon the effective date as follows: <br /> (a) Residential Water Service Charge.
