<br /> (5) Area 5: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City
<br /> which were formerly included in the service area for any water company or
<br /> system acquired in bulk by the City shall be included in Area 5.
<br /> (6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City on
<br /> publicly-owned property and used as a college campus shall be included
<br /> in Area 6.
<br /> (f) Monthly Water Quantity Rates. The monthly consumption rates for water
<br /> supplied by the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood
<br /> City, for water delivered, based on monthly meter readings, to residential
<br /> and non-residential premises located within the hereinafter designated
<br /> water service areas shall be charged and collected in accordance with the
<br /> following schedules for the corresponding ranges indicated:
