rw"C <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CLAIMS CONSULTATION <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> [THE COVELLO GROUP — CONSULTTAN4IT]� <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of March, 2004, by <br /> and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation <br /> of the State of California ("City"), and THE COVELLO GROUP ("Consultant") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, the City proposes to commence improvements to Fair Oaks <br /> Elementary School Sports Field (the `Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> advisory services for construction disputes; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that he possesses the experience, and is <br /> qualified to perform the services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. SCOPE OF WORK. Consultant shall perform the professional consulting <br /> related services as described in the Scope of Work section of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION AND BUDGET.
