Five-year proj ection of the financial results of the program's operations in a <br /> balance sheet and operating statement format including documentation of the <br /> key assumptions underlying the projections and the support for those <br /> assumptions, giving full effect to the savings or costs to existing services. <br /> 2.09.3 Agency's Right to Permit Others to Provide Services. Contractor <br /> acknowledges and agrees that Agency may permit other Persons besides Contractor to provide <br /> additional Solid Waste services not otherwise contemplated under Section 2.07 and 2.08 of this <br /> Agreement.
