The goals(Exhibit A)and budget(Exhibit B} <br /> are attached. In order to assure compliance with applicable provisions of the internal Revenue <br /> Code, we must obtain the Grantee's written agreement to each of the following terms and <br /> conditions of this grant: <br /> (1) All of the grant funds are to be used for,and only for,the ptirpose of the "Stanford <br /> Public Interest Network(SPIN)Fellowship Program in 2013."Use of any portion of <br /> the grant funds, including any interest earned thereon,for any other purpose must <br /> have the prior written approval of the Foundation. <br /> (2) The grant funds must be used only itt accordance with the budget submitted as part of <br /> your grant request,a copy of which is attached to this letter as Earhibit B. Any <br /> changes in the budget or any modifications to other grant conditions must be <br /> authorized by prior written approval of the Foundation. <br /> (3) Written reports must be furnished on the dates indicated herein to the Program <br /> Director of the Foundation on the manner in which the funds were spent and the <br /> progress made in accomplishing the purpose of the grant. End of year one financial <br /> reports must describe the expenditures of the grant funds to date in accordance with <br /> the budget.
