WHEREAS, Subdivision (a) of Section 7.2 of the Agreement <br /> includes a clerical error with reference to the inclusion of <br /> certain peak wet weather flow capacity rights specified for <br /> Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises, and <br /> pursuant to Section 9.5 of the Agreement, the Agencies do hereby <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 2.4 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> I' Section 2.4. Commission. The Authority shall be <br /> administered by a Commission of four (4) member s. One ( 1) member <br /> shall be a Council member of Belmont appointed by the City <br /> Council of Belmont; one (1) member shall be a Council member of <br />. Redwood City appointed by the Council of Redwood City; one (1) <br /> member shall be a Council member of San Carlos appointed by the <br /> City Council of San Carlos; and one (1) member shall be a member <br /> of the Board of Directors of West Bay appointed by the Board of <br /> Directors of West Bay. The Commission shall be called the <br /> "Commission of South Bayside System Authority." ftll voting power <br /> of the Authority shall reside in the Commission. <br /> Each member of the Commission shall serve at the pleasure of <br /> the Agency that appointed him or her. Each member shall cease to <br /> be a member of the Commission when he or she ceases to hold <br /> office on the governing board of the Agency that appointed him or <br /> her. Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled by the <br /> respective appointing Agencies. <br />. <br /> 2 <br />
