<br />. <br />custodies, excepting', however. all state and. federal. grant'. . <br />moneys or other moneys held or to be held by the 1969 autho- <br />rity and received or to be received by it in payment for the <br />cost of any of the 1969 facilities theretofore paid for by <br />any of the cities, all of which moneys shall be paid over by <br />the 1969 authority to the city or cities entitled thereto; <br />and (b) the proper officers and employees of the 1961 <br />authority and, if required, the proper officers and employees <br />of the cities that are parties to the 1969 agreement, <br />shall execute or cause the execution of all deeds, bills of <br />sale, assignments, consents and other documents, of transfer <br />required to vest in the Authority title to all other property <br />(real, personal and mixed) then owned by the 1969 authority <br />and all rights and obligations of the 1969 authority under <br />all contracts to which it is then a party. <br /> Section 5.3. Maintenance and Operation of 1969 <br />Facilities. Upon the organization of the Commission, the <br />Authority shall assume the maintenance and operation of the <br />1969 facilities and until July 1st next succeeding the opera- <br />tive date of Stage I of the Project (as hereinafter defined <br />in Section 5.7) shall maintain the Joint Operating Fund pro- <br />vided for in Section 9 of the 1969 agreement and shall pay <br />all administrative expenses of the Authority and all mainten- <br />ance and operation costs of the 1969 facilities from said fund. <br />Belmont, Redwood City and San Carlos shall continue to make <br />deposits into said fund pursuant to Sections9 and 10 of the <br />1969 agreement and any and all funding agreements by and bet- <br />ween the 1969 authority and Menlo. Menlo shall deposit its <br />shares of administrative expenses of the Authority in said <br />fund pursuant to such funding agreement or agreements but shall <br />not be liable for any maintenance and operation costs of the <br /> 19 1005042 <br />
