The annual capital reserve expenses, of the <br /> Authority for each component of Stage 1 of the Project <br /> shall be allocated by the Authority to the Agencies on the <br /> basis of the percentages set forth in Exhibit A hereto. <br /> All moneys received from any Agency in payment of capital <br /> reserve expenses shall be paid out by the controller and <br /> the treasurer as directed by the Commission and upon approval <br /> of demands for payment by the manager or the Commission as <br /> provided in this Agreement and in accordance with Section <br /> 6505.5 of the Act. <br /> Section 6.8. Payment of Costs. Beginning on <br /> July 1st next succeeding the operative date of Stage 1 of <br /> the Project, each of the Agencies agrees to pay the <br /> Authority its allocated share of the total estimated annual <br /> costs and expenses of the Authority in four (4) equal in- <br /> stallments pay~ble on or before the last day of September, <br /> December, March and June of each fiscal year. The Authority <br /> shall submit to each of the Agencies a final detailed state- <br /> ment of the final costs and expenses for the fiscal year, <br /> allocated in the same manner as estimated expenses were <br /> allocated, within three (3) months after the close of each <br /> fiscal year, whereupon final adjustments of debits and <br /> credits shall be made by the Authority. I f the amount of <br /> any allocated share of any estimated item of expense due <br /> from any Agency was less than the final allocation of such <br /> item to such Agency, such Agency shall forthwith pay the <br /> difference to the Authority.
