" <br /> 10. Section 5.8 af the Agreement �s hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Section 5.8. Conveyance of Facilities by_Belmont and <br /> Redwood City. Helmont and Redwood City shall �ach convey to the <br /> � Authority those portians of the Joint Facili�ies now owned by <br /> them, respectively, together with rights af access thereto, said <br /> pertions being the existing Belmont pumping station and the <br /> existing main pumping station in Redwooc3 City (excluding the land <br /> on which they are constructed) . If either such conveyance takes <br /> pl.ace prior ta the operative date of Stage 1 of the Project, the <br /> casts of maintenance and operatian of the facilities conveyed <br /> shall be aadec� to the cost of maintenance and operation of the <br /> 1969 facilities and paid for as grovicied in Section 5.3." <br /> 11. Section 5. 9 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Section 5.9 . Allocatian of Ca�ital Costs. <br /> � " (a) Capital Costs of Sta e 1 of the Project.
