Allocation of Pump Station maintenance and operation costs shall be , <br /> � made on the basis of the actual costs charged to each pump station and <br /> shall be borne by the agency served by each particular pump station. <br /> The maintenance and operation costs of the Booster Station shall be <br /> allocated on a percentage basis to West Bay Sanitary District and <br /> Redwood City at 92� and 8$, respectively. <br /> 3 . Distribution vf total annual tzeatment plant operation and maintenance <br /> costs sha11 be rnade on the basis of each agency' s proportionate <br /> contribut9.on of flow, Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Suspended Solids <br /> ta the Joint Facilities. The total annual treatment plant maintenance <br /> and operation costs shall be allocated on the basis of 26.5$ to flow, . <br /> 33.5� to Biochemical Oxygen Demand and 40$ to Suspended Solids.
