Section 2.4 of the Agreement is hereby amended t� read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Sectxon 2.4. Commission, The Authority sha�.I be <br /> administered by a Commai.ssion of four (4) members. One (1) member <br /> sha11 be a Council rcEember of Belmont appointed by the City <br /> Council af Belmont; one (1) member shall be a Council member of <br /> � Redwood City appointed by the Council of Redwood City; one (ly <br /> member sha11 be a Council mernber of San Carlos appointed by the <br /> City Council of San Carlos; and one (1) member shall be a member <br /> of the Board of Directors of West� Bay appointed by the Board of <br /> Directors of West Bay. The Cc�mmission shall be called the <br /> "Commission of Sauth Bayside System Authority. " All voting power <br /> of the Authori�y sha11 reside in the Commission. <br /> Each member of the Commission sha1.1 serve at the pleasure of <br /> the Agency that appointed him oz her. Each member shal.l cease to <br /> be a member of the Commission when he or she ceases to hald <br /> office on the governing board of the Agency that appointed h�.m or <br /> her.
