Section 1.37 is hereby added to the Agreement to read as <br /> <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Section 1.37. West Bay. 'West Bay' means West Bay <br /> <br /> <br />Sanitary District, a sanitary district duly organized and existing <br /> <br />in the County under the Sanitary District Act of 1923 (Sections <br /> <br /> <br />6400, et seg. of the Health and Safety Code of the State), and the <br /> <br />Constitution of the State. 'West Bay' was formerly named Menlo <br /> <br />Park Sanitary District (see, definition of 'Menlo', above). <br /> <br /> <br />As used in this Agreement 'Menlo' shall be deemed to mean 'West <br /> <br /> <br />Bay', and as amendments may be made to this Agreement from time to <br /> <br />time, the name 'West Bay' shall be substituted for 'Menlo' as the <br /> <br /> <br />latter name appears. II <br /> <br />4IÞ 7. Section 2.7 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read <br /> <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.7. Voting. The members of the Commission <br /> <br /> <br />representing the following Agencies shall have the number of votes <br /> <br />respectively ascribed to them hereinafter: <br /> <br />Belmont - 11 votes <br /> <br />Redwood City - 42 votes <br /> <br />San Carlos - 19 votes <br /> <br />west Bay - 28 votes <br /> <br />Nothing in this Section contained shall be deemed to affect the <br /> <br /> <br />ownership of the Joint Facilities as determined pursuant to <br /> <br /> <br />Section 7.1, the treatment capacity rights of the respective <br /> <br />4IÞ Agencies pursuant to Section 7.2, nor to affect the disposition of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br />
