Due to the number of Council Members present the <br /> appointees needed to get at least three votes. <br /> Ms. Lisa Hicks-Dumanske was appointed with four votes and will serve until June <br /> 30, 2017. Since there was no other applicant with three votes the Council was <br /> asked to vote again.
