r <br /> 'ORIGINAI. <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> (MUNISERVICES, LLC) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 1 st day of June, <br /> 2014, extending the agreement dated June 1, 2013 (the "Agreement") by and befinreen <br /> the City of Redwood City, a charter city and. municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company <br /> ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On June 1, 2013 the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br /> Services for Utility Users Tax Compliance and Revenue Protection services; and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one year ending on May 31, 2015. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
