SECTION 8. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT — INTEREST. For purposes of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and between the State of Caiifornia Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety dollars ($20,590) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for payment of interest during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. SECTION 9. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT - PRINCIPAL. The sum of Thirty Three Thousand Fifty Eight dollars ($33,058) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for the payment of principal pursuant to the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project during Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. SECTION 10. REVENUE BONDS SERIES 2012 INTEREST. For purposes of this Ordinance, "Revenue Bonds Series 2012" refers to those bonds authorized, issued and outstanding pursuant to Resolution No. P-2178 entitled "Resolution of the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port Department of the City of Redwood City Authorizing the Issuance of Revenue Bonds and the Execution and Delivery of a Second Supplemental Indenture and a Bond Purchase Agreement and Authorizing Ce�tain Related Matters." The sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen dollars ($399,914) is hereby appropriated from general Port funds for the payment of interest on the Revenue Bonds Series 2012 during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 — June � 30, 2014, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. �� Atty/Port prd P-257 Ord/06/12l13 4 of 6
